Pilates’ work and aims to create an effective combination of strengthening, stretching and balance that can work well for virtually any body, at any age. The exercises aim to teach clients to reach a mind-body connection, initiate each movement from their center, and improve body-mechanics. Practice is essential and having a pilates routine on a weekly consistent basis will lead you to achieve a superior standard of fitness and wellbeing. For optimal results we recommend practicing three times per week.
